Added new options for conversion to KITTI format:

• [--rgb-conversion --no-rgb-conversion] to enable/disable Bayer_RG8->RGB Image conversion
• [--reduce-pcloud --no-reduce-pcloud] to enable/disable PointCloud channels reduction to <x,y,z,intensity>. This flag allows data to be compatible with KITTI readers.
