This spike has been created to investigate how we can perform analysis of Street Manager data and capture the performance metrics of the system

Performance metrics

To meet service standards (point 17 - report performance data) we must supply data to the GDS performance platform team which is used to populate the GOV.UK performance dashboard for the service (see links).

• Number of transactions
• Number of work records taken through the lifecycle
