This PR adds support for syncing from
uv.lockusing a pre-commit hook from #55 (included in this PR until #55 is merged)It also exposes a
sync-pre-commit-uvcommand to manually sync.A generic
ShellPrinterhas been added as contrary topdmorpoetry, a standalone hook does not benefit from a shell/ui framework.The printer preserves a tabular/columnar appraoch just in case a framework supporting it is used in some future (like rich).
