fix(dependencies): do not display unchanged additional dependencies

This PR fixes unchanged additional dependencies being always displayed on pdm and Poetry.

Tests have been updated to be more strict on the output expectations.

Also fix a small Poetry-only bug on alignment.

Note

On the printer, class, the logic for sting updated package is the same between pdm, poetry and uv in #56. It may be factorized in the base class to only keep style management un the subclass in another PR
