The 1.25 add-on version has been deprecated.
What
This updates any dev cluster defaults to use 1.26 version of istio. It does not impact our int/stage/prod environments as they're currently hardcoded to asm-1-25 for istio.
If a dev does a
make entrypoint/Regionon their cluster, it will disruptively upgrade the istio version. The impact will be:This will happen until the istio.sh step runs.
Why
Istio 1.25 deprecated and can no longer install. Will fix CI.
