A detailed description of the problem, what were you doing at the time:

Refreshing the item list takes you to the annotation view. I was annotating some clips then created a new list on the Alveo website, I went to refresh the application and it took me to the transcriber view for a document.

What the expected outcome was meant to be:

Refreshing the page should refresh the item list
