Can you split the semver bump in a different commit?
When we are ready to run the skipped tests again, we'll probably want to revert the commit that skips them, but we'll want to keep a semver bump.

Devtools / BitBake commands integration tests fail due to bandwith limitations for downloading artifacts, which causes time-out issues. Tests are skipped while a solution is provided to allow for continuing development.
