data.jl - Updated the shapefile to "district_states_hr", unlike the previous version that included the three shapefiles separately the updated code takes only one shapefile and outputs one data frame that is at the district level.
Karmana.jl - Updated the code defining the three shapefiles to create three separate data frames into one.
indiaoutline.jl - Updated the district code to take the input as censuscode, and removed the clip argument.
