Stats: Include today in lastX periods

Closes CMM-1940: Jetpack iOS Stats: Add option to include current (incomplete) day in "Last X days" bar chart.

• Include Today in "Last X" intervals like "Last 7 days" – it now matches Jetpack Stats on the web
• Add new "Last 14 days" (was the default one for daily stats in the legacy stats)
• The incomplete dates (include today) are displayed using dotted line on a line chart
