You're updating to the latest staging / develop state of wire-server. Is this intended?

@supersven I am trying to follow the older model of keeping the 'develop' branch in sync with the latest changes. Since no one else is doing this and it hasn't been automated yet, I perform this task regularly. With the recent releases for the ValidateSAMLEmails feature, I thought it would be beneficial for customers to have updated documentation about it
