Implement the recursive path search algorithm that
tgenvuses to find.terragrunt-versionin any parent folder. This allows for defining the version file in a repository root, for example. This works for.tgswitchrcas well.Support the regex version match that
tgenvallows, so a version can be defined likelatest:^0.36.
