[Meta-bot] Update service versions + PHP extensions

This PR is generated from Meta Version updater cached data.

• Ingest stores GitLab + upstream metadata (endoflife.date or custom) into each service.
• Export reads cache once and updates registry + php_extensions grid.

endoflife.date removed the version 5 from the upstream, that's why.
but as the date is supposed to be stored in the Meta Version Updater, i should be able to keep it.
