The information about the Norwegian standard is incomplete and not entirely correct. I can verify most of the information I have contributed with since I have tested a Kamstrup meter myself and have developed solutions that have been tested on Aidon meters and confirmed to be working. As far as I know, the information about Kaifa is not tested and verified but it comes from their manual.

If you want more information and examples of data from a Kamstrup meter, I can provide that.

I have also added links for solutions for both Swedish and Norwegian HAN ports.

The previous version of this file only described meters from Aidon. Information about energy meters from Kamstrup and Kaifa has been added.

Thanks for the PR. The norwegian info has been lacking as you say, and it is not always clear on how they have implemented it.
I would phrase some thing differently and will make adjustments when I have time. I don't want external links to documents as they can die. It is better to just put the file in the repo and serve it.

It would be great with some example data from meters to show the differences. Then I can also double check the technical text correctness.
