OpenLPT: An open-source Lagrangian Particle Tracking (LPT) GUI for 3D fluid flow visualization and experimental data analysis.
This repository contains GPU accelerated version of the particle tracking model developed by Merel Kooi for biofouled microplastic particles ( available at: https://pubs.acs.org/doi/10.1021/acs.est.6b04702) written in CUDA Fortran and CUDA Python. This repository is intended as a learning tool for GPU programming.
An OpenFOAM extension to `lagrangian` library to simulate particle separation using the Dielectrophoresis method
A simple 2D example for computing the Radial Distribution Function, g(r), of a random (almost uniform) distribution of points on a 2D square plate
This repository contains a new lagrangian particle tracking model for biofouled microplastic particles in a turbulent environment.
A Numba-accelerated Python library for simulating 2D Lagrangian particle transport in idealized semi-enclosed ocean basins using Bell's incompressible flow field. This is an idealized 2D model intended for process studies and educational purposes, not operational forecasting.
