This all looks great to me! Thanks so much for making these changes! 💯

Only thing I noticed is that it doesn't look like this updates the list of MCP tools to include the new service_logs and service_resize MCP tools (unless I'm just missing it, which is definitely possible 😅). Those new MCP tools are analogous to the new tiger service logs and tiger service resize CLI commands, but are distinct/different things. It would probably be good to update the list of MCP tools while we're at it, to keep everything in-sync.
