Update info on nycflights package

It doesn't look like it's updated annually, and the current package has 2017 data

I just submitted a PR to nycflights that addresses this and updates to 2021!

Just came across this and thought it may be worth noting—nycflights was orphaned on CRAN some time ago and it's not my sense that Jay nor I will be putting in any effort on updating it, in favor of the anyflights package. From my perspective, it's fair game to delete the reference to nycflights.👍

Thanks for taking a moment to stop by. Mildly disappointing that nycflights was orphaned, but anyflights does look quite nice.

For anyone stopping by in the future, I have my fork of nycflights that should be relatively up to date with the most recent year. As of this being written, final 2022 data won't be available until mid March 2023.
