We require an address to be associated with an existing transaction.
Acceptance criteria:
Add functionality to get and update existing address by id. Address status is
pendingbefore updating,acceptedafter being modified andcompletedonce processed, at which point it can’t be modified anymore.Solution:
GET address(by transaction id)PATCH address(by transaction id)
