Haarpy is a Python package for for the symbolic calculation of Weingarten functions and related averages of matrix ensembles under their Haar measure: these include the classical compact groups (orthogonal, unitary and symplectic) their associated circular ensembles and the group of permutation matrices. We are currently writing a publication for the Journal of Open Source Software (JOSS). We are proposing that Haarpy be added to the "Projects using SymPy" section of the SymPy homepage.
