* specify the section of the "Getting Started With Pico" guide that contains the instructions to install the SDKs * fix `CMakeLists.txt` to build without errors (namely, the same error noted in swiftlang#59) -- this will support people that do not opt to clone the examples repo to obtain the source (e.g they want to type the code themselves, and prefer the shorter code present here) * clarify that to get to the "Upload firmware" option in Wowki you need to focus the editor first
