This PR adds a possibility of using the library in no_std projects.

  • Adds a cargo feature std which is default.
  • Different settings of dependencies for no_std.
  • Usage of core and alloc instead of std for no_std.
  • Conditional compilation of serialize/deserialize of StarkFelt (because of use of std::io).
