this URL should be built with wl('',array('do'=>'logout', 'capt'=>'r'), true, '&') (check if I got the params right - I'm quoting from my head here).

Also I don't think you need to pass the capt=r parameter. Simply call msg() here and it will be stored in the session and displayed after the redirect.
