Please explain your exact environment and the rationale behind the issue and fix. The cog shown in your screenshot is not a part of DokuWiki or the captcha plugin.

Thanks for your reply.
I used "sudo pacman -S dokuwiki" to installed it on my Arch Linux machine (but I don't think it's a distro-related problem).
The browser I use is Firefox 132.0.
The cog icon is from a plugin, and after I disable it and switch to the default template, the problem is still there.
