* change supported Python versions:
* add support for Python 3.14
* dropped support for Python 3.7, 3.8, 3.9 (which all have reached their end-of-life)
* fixes
* download location URIs are not case sensitive anymore
* removed some control characters from JSON SPDX
* remove usages of `__file__` to make the project zip-safe
* fixes to `README.md` and `process.md`
