@cgcgcg the new tag scheme noted here trilinos/Trilinos#14389 (comment) will remain the new format going forward?

No, it was an oversight on my part. I'll see if I can transparently add the old format.

EDIT: Okay, it's fixed now as far as I can tell. Use trilinos-release-16-2-0 as per the usual pattern.

Thanks. I've reverted that change. I was a bit surprised this failed to build in the CI (testing again). Is kokkos-kernels 4.7.01 not correct for 16.2?
