Building this in parallel with sourmash-bio/sourmash#2230 and sourmash-bio/mastiff#14, potentially merging the work on the
mastiffrepo here instead and start using the disk-basedRevIndexfor greyhound too (this way mastiff gets access to the greyhound frontend too!)
