Add discovery.file and prometheus.scrape blocks for Raspberry Pis using the existing prom-pis.json inventory file, following the same pattern as the AP scrape configuration.
To enable local testing outside of the show were moving this pi-reg3 to be in conf 503. Will revert before the show.

I know we still need to work out snmp but Im glad we've got pis reporting in 🚀
