This PR supplements and enhances the
BarcodeDetectorcomponent in OpenCvSharp, aiming to improve its functionality completeness, usability, and compatibility with OpenCV's latest barcode detection capabilities.Please let me know if additional tests, documentation, or adjustments are needed!
