* Bugfix: #9 Close file channels
* Remove support for g-j-f v0.1-alpha
* Add support for and use g-j-f v1.1 by default. For g-j-f v1.1 we also
  utilize the new RemoveUnusedImports class in addition to regular
  code/javadoc formating andimport ordering.
