Indentation makes for easier scanning of the index.

This one changes the default behavior. Therefore, I postpone it a bit... No worries, it will be considered after bug fixes and pull requests without behavioral changes at standard settings. |

Set default indentation to 3 spaces since that looked best to me. Auctex-mode uses 2 spaces, feel free to adjust.
The indentation helps a lot with the imenu popup, but perhaps some people use M-x imenu where the indentation is potentially obnoxious. Therefore, I made the indentation string customizable via `adoc-imenu-indent'.
