FDR TTL shouldn't allow "0" , now it doesn't.

The check should be done in Network_Port_FD_Subscription_Lifetime_Write function @ 'if (value > UINT16_MAX) {' condition check .

edit the wrong IPv4 function

FDR TTL no longer accepts 0

removed wrong setting within a function

removed to much there

spacing

forget to remove if statement

removed individual function check for 0 and added a single check
