FRED can get into a weird state if a warning appears while a ship is being created, e.g. if the ship has a null moment of inertia. So, prevent FRED from rendering a ship if it hasn't been fully initialized yet.

Follow-up to scp-fs2open#7272 to add props handling. This allows the original PR to be merged separately to 25.0.1.
