Parameterize mode of private key.
This Pull Request (PR) fixes the following issues
Related to #207
I noticed that private key group is parameterized, however mode was hard coded to
0600which means even if a group other than
0is set, the group would have no access.This pull request parameterize the mode of private key resolving issue.
