This PR updates the emoji to iOS 18.4 (#57)

The new emoji are listed at https://emojipedia.org/apple/ios-18.4/new. Also, the design of the flags of Syria and Martinique, as well as the family emoji, have been updated.

Finally, the GitHub Action building the font has been updated.

To test emoji support, one can visit https://unicode.org/emoji/charts/full-emoji-list.html and check the "Browser" column.

Note

The changes from #63 are also included in this PR, since they were not merged into master.
