Converting ROSBag trajectories to KITTI format does not preserve the Calibration #15

When converting the ROSBag trajectories to KITTI format using the vbr convert kitti command line, the calibration data is not write to the target directory. Since calibration is very important for the localization / SLAM task, it will be nice if the calibration can also be transferred to KITTI format.
