Yea, sorry, I think I missed this in #749. The full policy is at https://rust-lang.github.io/rfcs/2872-github-access-policy.html. I'm not sure, maybe there is more content we should eventually copy from there.
I wanted to switch this to the admonition syntax because it renders better and I want to deprecate/remove the "warning" divs. However, I discovered mdbook-linkcheck2 doesn't work with them. I opened marxin/linkcheck2#1 to see if that can get fixed.
