feat(enumerize): Simplify type definitions

Summary

Include Enumerize::Base::ClassMethods in the Enumerize module to simplify usage.

Changes

• Users no longer need to explicitly extend Enumerize::Base::ClassMethods
• extend Enumerize now provides all necessary methods
