Updates state

State will now only be the class if greater than the confidence, otherwise none.
The no models situation is also caught.
README correct.

Major re-write

Re-write to bring in line with Tagboc and Facebox. Adds explicit parsing of classes and breaks out functions for get_models, post_image etc.

Stable

Stable release with basic features. Will release refactored v0.3 very soon
