Dnf history commands currently don't work on fedora, causing
itwBundledLocaltests to fail. Argument0does not match anything on fedora. Also--skip-brokenis no longer supported by recent dnf on fedora.Fixed by using argument
lastinstead of0in dnf history. (found in article, tested on f42 and rhel-8) Yum on rhel-7 does not support argumentlast, so there code kept as it is.
