Hijacked the player teleport command so this should work with essentials and any additional plugins that use the built-in player.teleport() method.
Would be good to add a teleport timer in a similar manner to how the essentials teleport commands are used
Please disregard CommandTeleport class, it is kinda just prep for if I decide to implement the core teleport commands in fundamentals.
