@anauecuri OK, let's give it a try! Once you merge this PR, it will start a Github Actions job that will automatically run terraform apply, so let that run and see if any errors occur.

Upgrade the Kubernetes version of the dev cluster.
Per AWS recommendation, the version upgrade should be done one by one until we get the latest version.
Current version: 1.29
Next: 1.30,1.31, 1.32, 1.33, 1.34
Note: check if the kube-proxy will be upgrade automatically or if it should be upgraded manually since there is no reference to it in the terraform code.
