chore: update repository references from secure-site to secure-appkit

[devin-ai-integration]

Description

Updates the GitHub Actions workflow that triggers Devin to update AppKit dependencies. The workflow previously referenced the incorrect repository reown-com/secure-site, which has been corrected to reown-com/secure-appkit throughout the workflow file.
