The Buildroot patch to install the Intel AX210 drivers has been merged upstream, so this PR removes the local package and switches to the built-in package (
BR2_PACKAGE_LINUX_FIRMWARE_IWLWIFI_6E).Patch:

The update to
nerves_system_brto get the new Buildroot version also forces an update to OTP 28.
