Looks like 77CA96DE contains info on...

primary weapon ammo
ability ammo (Kali LV Explosive Lance, for instance)
secondary weapon ammo
calling the ability again for some reason?

My guess is selected weapons are sent once earlier in the round (to save data) and this pattern is for bullets.

TODO:

Match ammo usage with weapons
Track secondary gadget usage
Track attachments
