Add talos-evk-usb1-peripheral.dtbo to KERNEL_DEVICETREE and update FIT_DTB_COMPATIBLE entries to include the USB1 peripheral overlay in all talos-evk configurations (camera-imx577, camx, lvds). This enables USB1 to operate in peripheral mode on the IQ-615 EVK.

Add talos-evk-usb1-peripheral.dtbo to KERNEL_DEVICETREE and update
FIT_DTB_COMPATIBLE entries to include the USB1 peripheral overlay
in all talos-evk configurations (camera-imx577, camx, lvds). This
enables USB1 to operate in peripheral mode on the IQ-615 EVK.

No, it doesn't enable anything.

Also the PR doesn't even build.
