Cordova 3.0 support for Badge plugin
Uses the current Cordova 3.0 version of the official InAppBrowser plugin.

For anyone interested - Badge, PowerManagement and SecureDeviceIdentifier have been updated to work with Cordova 3.0 here.
Additionally, my modified version of InAppBrowser is included as well - the main change is the added ability to specify the width, height, xposition and yposition of the UIWebView (iOS only for now) - Cordova 3.0 compatible as well.
Note: The plugins I've modified are now submodules in this fork so I can maintain my versions of them separately. Those plugins are: Badge, PowerManagement, SecureDeviceIdentifier and InAppBrowser
