This is the start of a port of Mesa3D to the PS3+PSL1GHT system.

It doesn't do much right now other than build for off-screen support.
If you want to help out, feel free to fork and send changes.

Will install to: $PS3DEV/portlibs/ppu
Fun build stuff is in: configs/ps3-osmesa
