- since a helm chart is made for a specific version of the App we should specify the image with that version instead of using latest Signed-off-by: Tom Zaspel <[email protected]>

I would not pin the patch version since this level contains only bug/security fixes. |

Update rclone container image version from 1.62 to 1.69 and alpine init container from 3.18 to 3 which is using the latest minor version of alpine.
Alternatively we can use 3.21 but I would appreciate if you add dependabot or renovate.
