This PR fixes a number of small bugs related to how the model trainer, model packager, model tester and orchestrator agent pass ML scripts and binaries to one another. The agents now make more use of tools to register/retrieve these reliably from the registry, instead of giving each other registry keys directly in prompts/responses.
Result: fewer build failures! 👼
