- Update CONTRIBUTING.md from denpaio.github.io (replacing Gist source)
- Add Contributing Guidelines section to CLAUDE.md referencing CONTRIBUTING.md
- Remove .github/workflows/sync-contributing.yml workflow as it's no longer needed
- Update source references and sync commands in CONTRIBUTING.md
