feat(stkBNB): ValidatorStore, EpochUpdate calculation & DelegationManager addition

Please add a description with these things:

  1. Funds Flow: User <=> StakePool <=> DelegationManager <=> System Contracts. (No EOAs Involved)
  2. I have removed every Cross-chain Interfaces & added BSC Native Staking Interfaces.
  3. Replaced UndelegationHolder with DelegationManager (Proxy-Upgradeable).
  4. Added a library named ValidatorSet to Manage active Validators.
  5. EpochUpdate is non-access restrictive and calculated inside contract.
